I am having some trouble at work connecting to the internet. It's been set to me to get the network upgraded to Wifi using an old router from the other offices (on the same connection). We currently have a box with a filter which expands out on ethernets to 3 computers and works perfectly fine, I have now switched back to this in order to use the internet.
What we have is another Technicolour box enabling wifi to set up but when trying to set the connection up the computer physically acknowledges the router, you get redirected to a web page to sign in, which we do, we set the new router up and all links perfectly fine and it states the internet is working however we have no actual internet.
If anyone has any idea I would be extremely grateful, in the meantime we have the connection but I can only put it down to being set up incorrectly in which case what would I need to change in order to stop it just recognising the connectiong and link and actually working!
