Late NBN Connection

I organised a Telstra Home Move in Newcastle East for my NBN Plan on 26 April and the Telstra Technician visited the home on 27 April and as of today I have no internet service inspite of several calls to the Telstra Support Team which are usually via th Phillipines or India and then redirected to NBN Case Managers in the NBN Team which are off shore most times. I am most upset with the lack of communication and real care. Generally my calls result in promises of action & feedback but no still no connection. I don't know how to progress this issue.

in the interim, a case manager did a $50 recharge of my wifi hotspot on 27 April acknowledging the delays/costs that I had experienced which I topped up again with $20 on 7 May and $40 on 8 May. I am only using the wifi for emails, some browsing and Facebook and cannot comprehend the high usage. I am also out of pocket for long mobile calls for Telstra Support.

i would appreciate any feedback please.
