So we had no internet for 5 weeks during the switch from adsl2 to nbn, apart from 4 days in the middle where it was "working" however the modem would reset roughly every 30 minutes so i would have no internet for about a minute, this makes online gaming all but impossible, when i rang tech support about this issue they immediately disconnected my internet while i was on call to them. Now the internet has been "fixed" again and it was working great for a couple weeks, then i went away on holidays for a week and when i get back its dropping out every 25-30 minutes again, sometimes it lasts an hour but not often. I'm very reluctant to call anyone about this becuase i dont want my internet disconneceted for 3 weeks again. But this service is unacceptable. What can i do to get this fixed without losing connection for weeks?
