Signed up for bnb on Tuesday last week, the sales rep told me i would get a phone call on Friday last week giving me the times i need to be home, I asked if that would be next week, anwer yes, as that was my only days off and i was unable to get more time off work for install at a later date, i mentioned i could cancel plans wed if need be to make up the 2 days i need ot be home if necessary, HOWEVER i dont know whats going on even now, if this cannot be done in the next 3 days i will not be able to have nbn installed at all. Please reply hopefully soon
