Sorry to hear all that Susy, from my 3 or 4 Telstra staff generated orders on nbnco I have so far received TWO modems, no nbnfw though.
I have a bet with my newest case manager that I will get a third before this is over.
I hope he is correct and it does not happen AND but I do get that illusive Telstra nbnfw connection.
