About 4 months ago I moved over to the NBN. My service was working and things were going fine.
Then, Telstra inexplicably cancelled my order because I missed a letter sent to me and a phone call. They didn't go out of their way to contact me to make sure I wanted to cancel my order, despite the fact I was paying for it.
So, I called up to reinstate my order. They told me it was 'stuck in cancellation'.
So far, it has been stuck in cancellation for about a month now. I'm told that it's been escalated to the technical team, but that was two weeks ago and I'm imaging this will continue until I get sick of having no internet and end up cancelling my order (for reals this time).
Has anyone else had this problem?
