I've forwarded this feedback on previously, and will do again, regarding the lack of information available regarding any reported NBN issues so hoping that things improve soon in that area.
How did you get on with your service issues? Are they resolved now? Did you contact the NBN team at all on 1800834273 - IVR > 3 (available 24x7)
